We look forward to you supporting us in the compliance team as a working student (d/f/m) with approx. 18 hours a week! * Location: Taufkirchen / Munich * Start: As soon as possible * Duration: 12 months The worldwide awareness for Compliance and Integrity has been significantly growing during the last years (e.g. FIFA, Dieselgate, Panama Papers, corruption scandals in various enterprises across the world) .As working student you support the department in ensuring that our company's business practices conform to applicable laws, regulations and ethical business principles, as well as contribute to a culture of integrity. We are a highly motivated team with the global responsibility for a broad variety of compliance tasks in the Airbus Defence and Space Division . We work in close collaboration with our legal, finance and business colleagues and all our company’s entities worldwide. Definition working student Working students are students who are enrolled at a University or some other institution of higher education, and who are employed in a reasonably long, fixed-term position parallel to their studies. This position must not be confused with an internship or with the possibility of writing a final thesis. This employment usually takes place directly on the company's premises. A working student's main focus remains on their studies, which is why, during term-time, working students are not allowed to work more than 20 hours per week. Working students therefore usually work near their place of study, so as to conveniently combine studying and employment. Your tasks and responsibilities You will support the Compliance team in day-to-day tasks, as well as key projects in compliance controls and monitoring. You will, for instance: * Support the performance of due diligence of all third parties (including suppliers, customers, commercial consultants, partners, distributors, resellers, value added resellers, lobbyists, special advisors, offset partners). Identifying any red flags, proposing mitigating measures. * Organize and perform Compliance trainings * Carry out second level controls, ensuring adherence to the compliance programme * Support the department in coordinating and providing the inputs to authorities, auditors and other requesting institutions. * Support the compliance supplier screening roll-out project in worldwide subsidiaries * Participate in ad hoc projects
