Job Description

As a working student, you will gain an insight into application management. You will get to know the entire recruiting and hiring process, support us in recruiting qualified employees and take on the initial contact with the candidates you identify. You support the team in the development and establishment of standardized personnel development measures. You will be actively involved in our current recruiting projects and will be given responsibility for sub-processes. You are jointly responsible for the process of all ongoing training and further education registrations. You will help with system implementation and the day-to-day business of the HR department.

Requirements

You are studying (business) psychology, business administration or a comparable degree program with a focus on HR management.
You already have an insight into everyday office life through work experience, internships or working student activities.
You enjoy HR tasks and have a talent for organization and planning.
You are confident in using the common MS Office programs.
You have very good communication and coordination skills.
You have a very good command of German and good written and spoken English.
You are characterized by analytical and structured thinking as well as an independent way of working.
And most importantly, you enjoy working with others, are reliable and open to new topics.
