Your Trainee Program Our structured program lasts 12 months (Full-time, 40h/week) and provides you with a 360-degree education in Performance Marketing: * Deep Dive Marketing: Master general and industry-specific KPIs through intensive hands-on training. * Campaign Management: Learn to set up, analyze, and optimize international campaigns, including Programmatic Media Buying. * Multichannel Expertise: Gain practical experience in Email Marketing, Push Notifications, and Banner creation. * Sales Interface: Work closely with our sales teams and learn how to acquire and manage affiliates successfully. * Data Intelligence: Take responsibility for Data Quality Management and support our controlling processes. * Global Mindset: Participate in country-specific trainings to understand and conquer diverse international markets.
