Apprenticeships are a great way to learn and earn while you are working. UHBW are committed to apprenticeships as a means of attracting new talent to join our workforce, as well as developing the careers of our existing colleagues. We offer a variety of apprenticeships at the Trust, across clinical and non-clinical occupations, starting at level 2 (Intermediate apprenticeship) and progressing through to level 7 (Master’s degree) in some subjects. We partner with colleges, universities and training providers who are the best in their field. We are an apprenticeship levy payer and are committed to utilising this to embed high quality apprenticeships into our workforce. Apprenticeships are available to people aged 16 and over who are looking for an exciting opportunity to train, and further develop in their career. Upon successful completion of an apprenticeship, many of our apprentices are offered a permanent role here at the Trust.
