






As a Front Office Intern, your responsibilities will include: * Answering incoming phone calls, * Recording client reservations, * Welcoming clients and providing information about stay conditions, formalities, prices, and accommodation options according to the hotel’s quality charter and commercial policy, * Taking care of clients from their arrival to departure, * Ensuring continuous client satisfaction by providing high-quality service throughout their stay, * Performing administrative tasks (reservations, scheduling, handling mail, etc.) and accounting tasks (invoicing, payments, etc.) related to client files, * Promoting the hotel or tourist accommodation (informational mailings, prospecting, pricing strategies, etc.), * Contributing to achieving qualitative and quantitative objectives of the department, * Performing any related tasks assigned by the supervisor, * Ensuring the calm and security of the hotel during the night.
