Job Description

L’équipe intervient principalement sur des opérations de financements structurés très variées, notamment de titrisation portant sur tous types d’actifs. Dans le cadre du stage proposé, le/la stagiaire sera amené(e) à participer à chaque étape de la réalisation des dossiers, et notamment à effectuer des recherches juridiques, rédiger des consultations juridiques, rédiger et revoir des documents contractuels et participer à des réunions de négociations.
