









The Vendor Operations team within ASML Academy ensures that learning investments deliver measurable value across the company. We create an efficient, scalable, and high‑quality learning vendor ecosystem by improving processes and strengthening partnerships. Our team enables colleagues with the tools, data, and support they need to deliver impactful learning experiences. As an intern, you will help optimize our global vendor ecosystem. You will contribute to work that improves cost efficiency, quality, and operational excellence. Your assignment You will support the improvement of our learning vendor processes. You will explore opportunities to streamline operations, strengthen data accuracy, and enhance collaboration with internal partners. You will also contribute to shaping how vendor activities translate into business value. Your main responsibilities will be: Analyze current vendor processes and identify opportunities for improvement. Document and standardize processes, guidelines, and best practices. Support the maintenance of vendor data, contract overviews, and reporting dashboards. Collaborate with internal partners such as procurement, finance, and ASML Academy teams. Contribute ideas that enhance cost efficiency, quality assurance, and scalability. Build understanding of how learning investments support business value creation. Learn how data and metrics drive decision‑making in learning organizations. This is a bachelor/master (non-thesis) internship for a minimum of 5 months, 4 days per week (hybrid). The start date of this internship is as soon as possible.
