


In collaboration with the B2B team, your missions will be as follows: * Qualify inbound leads and prospect new accounts (cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn, etc.). * Identify prospects’ needs, present tailored solutions, and book meetings for the sales team. * Handle daily customer relations (order follow-up, specific needs, customer care). * Find solutions that meet customer expectations while aligning with the company’s objectives. * Maintain HubSpot CRM with all lead, opportunity, order, and meeting data. * Participate in weekly reporting with the sales team. * Support continuous improvement of sales processes and share best practices.
