Support the maintenance of employee records and personnel files. Support HRIS updates (hire, job changes, terminations, absences, and time tracking). Prepare HR and administrative documents throughout the employee lifecycle (employment contracts, amendments, letters, certificates, etc.). Assist the HR Associate with payroll-related tasks (e.g. meal voucher calculations). Support time management follow-up (timesheets, overtime tracking). Assist with employee onboarding, internal transitions, and offboarding processes.
