Job Description

As an HR intern with Axpo Bulgaria, you will play a key role in supporting our Learning &Development initiatives while gaining hands-on experience in HR operations. If you are interested in building a career in HR and want to explore how organizations develop talent, manage training programs, and ensure employee growth, we’d like to meet you. What you will do: Learning & Development & Training Programs: • Coordinate internal training sessions, workshops, and development initiatives • Manage logistics for trainings including scheduling, venue arrangements, materials preparation, and participant communication • Track attendance, collect feedback, and monitor training participation • Report on training effectiveness; analyze and document learning outcomes • Maintain training databases and learning records HR Administration and Policy Updates: • Support the maintenance and update of HR policies and procedures • Assist in organizing and filing HR documentation • Support onboarding processes for new employees • Maintain employee records and HR filing systems

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, Sociology, or a related field or you are in the final year of obtaining one
  • experience in training coordination, event planning, or similar (a plus)
  • fluent in English and have excellent communication skills
  • experience with MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
  • excellent administrative and organizational skills
  • strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
