Job Description

Daily operations of Corporate Procurement and related processes, for OMV, Petrom and Borealis. Procurement administration like purchase order preparation, invoice checking and challenge demand. Specific benchmark topics, e.g. vendor research and evaluation, market research. Procurement specific calculations, data analysis and preparation of information. Expense tracking and reporting as well as cost analysis and risk management. Maintenance of data in various Procurement tools (esp. SAP / SAP ARIBA). Accompany and support national and international tenders.

Requirements

Currently studying Business Administration or Supply Chain Management and you want to gain practical experience.
Strong analytical mindset and eager to work with data and numbers.
Microsoft Office, in particular Excel & PowerPoint, is walk in the park for you.
Team-oriented and proactive mindset.
Fluent in German and English.
