



Support data collection and analysis (cycle times, downtime, defect rates) to identify improvement opportunities and track KPIs * Maintain performance dashboards and visual management tools to ensure clear visibility of departmental results * Assist in improvement projects by preparing documentation, mapping processes, and tracking action items * Participate in shop floor activities such as Gemba walks, 5S audits, and Kaizen events to support operational excellence * Help develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and contribute to root cause analyses * Document best practices and project success stories to enable knowledge sharing across the organization * Prepare materials and provide coordination support for workshops, training sessions, and team meetings
