The Deutsche Bank Internship Program is designed to help you develop your skills through formal training and continuous support. PB Transformation US & EI manages an ambitious and diverse portfolio of transformation initiatives, including the Private Bank Target Operating Model (PB TOM), strategic change initiatives, and mandatory regulatory projects. This represents a challenging and dynamic environment for a young career starter who is completing their studies through an internship. The intern will support the project managers across a broad range of project management activities, such as project planning, organizing and documenting meetings, preparing status reports, and documenting processes and procedures. In addition, the intern will explore and leverage AI tools (e.g. Copilot) to enhance the efficiency of project work, including generating high-level summaries of as-is functional models or processes based on existing documentation, as well as supporting the structured creation of project deliverables.
