If you want to start in an industrial field with a secure future, then join the team at ADS-TEC. We offer you training programmes that will allow you to develop personally and professionally and prepare you for your future career. In addition to receiving a technical education, at ADS-TEC, you are part of our community. This means that you will work on interdisciplinary projects and participate in lunch breaks and team events. Here is how your training will go: You attend courses one or two days a week at a vocational school nearby. The remaining days will be spent working with us to deepen your knowledge through real-working experience. In general, vocational training lasts for three years. If necessary and according to your performance, you can also complete your training more quickly. Vocational school courses can also be held at our production location as part of a block school system.
