Job Description

As an AI Operations Intern, you'll work closely with the founders across both onboarding/agent development and customer success, supporting our team in making customers successful with telli. You'll help onboard new customers, develop AI agents, support existing accounts, and build the processes that help us scale.

Requirements

excellent communicators in both English and German - especially writing
experimented with AI agents or workflows and understand topics like prompt engineering
