The candidate will increase his/her expertise on the general overview of the main regulatory, technical aspects, sales channels of local asset management industry and existing distribution model in France and Belgium. Furthermore, the candidate will gain deep knowledge of the wide DWS product range offered in France and Belgium, with a focus on marketing and maintenance processes of UCITS funds but also local French domiciled funds. The internship involves learning the main logics relating to setting up new products or apply changes to existing products, as well as supporting the production of contractual documents and assisting in the relationship to the wide variety of fund vendors and stakeholders. In addition, the candidate will understand the logic of the implementation of SFDR (Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation) and will be involved in the related competitor analysis, with particular focus on ESG and SDG products, from a product a marketing perspective.
