What you’ll do: We have an exciting placement opportunity for a VOID Partnerships Manager within our Retail team. In this role, you’ll manage relationships with key VOID partners, helping drive long-term success and strong commercial performance. You’ll support the growth of our residential VOID energy portfolio by contributing to sales and retention through valued consumer partnerships. Your work will help strengthen British Gas as the brand other businesses choose to partner with, through differentiated propositions and positive customer experiences. During the placement, we’ll also build your knowledge of our Residential Billing platforms and the end-to-end account creation process. During your placement, you will: * Manage day-to-day relationships with new and existing VOID partners, ensuring service levels are met and delivering excellent customer service * Work directly with partners to support collaboration and performance * Collaborate with internal teams to drive efficiencies and help deliver retention and growth strategies * Communicate with partners across multiple channels, resolving enquiries from start to finish * Support the smooth running and optimisation of partnership processes, ensuring regulatory standards are met
