






Within the EMEA headquarters you will be part of the E-commerce team under the supervision of its manager. The Official Bandai Namco Store https://store.bandainamcoent.eu/ sells premium and limited physical items (Collector’s Editions, Figurines, Vinyl...) as well as digital games to our fans in Europe and Australia. Our goal is to offer great services and local customer experience (currencies, languages) while offering many advantages to our community (loyalty program, pre-order bonuses...) You will join our dynamic team and gain hands-on experience at the intersection of e-commerce and product development, and carry out the following missions (non-exhaustive list): * Update and maintain the product roadmap while tracking project progress * Coordinate with partners, agencies, and internal teams to ensure smooth product launches * Create and optimize product pages with a strong focus on SEO and user experience (UX) * Set up and execute promotional campaigns (e.g. Black Friday, Summer Sale) and analyze their performance to identify improvement opportunities * Monitor the website to ensure a seamless customer experience, smooth navigation, bug-free functionality, and correct translations * Coordinate product development projects: sourcing, product specifications, planning * Collect key data to prepare detailed requests for quotation and interpret supplier proposals effectively * Compile supplier offers and project details into dashboards for internal sharing and decision-making * Conduct product benchmarking and market analysis for development projects (apparel, vinyl, figurines, lamps, collectibles…) This internship might interest students who would like to discover the field of e-commerce in a fun, dynamic, and international environment.
