Join our team and gain exposure to key strategic topics at Mantu, collaborating closely with top management on initiatives critical to our success. You will be involved in a variety of projects, adapting to the fast pace of our business and supporting management team members in achieving their objectives. Your Missions * Collaborate with the Executive Finance Committee to implement the 2026 transformation roadmap. * Coordinate with Finance departments to drive the implementation of new projects. * Plan and organize business unit townhalls. * Contribute to the company’s strategic vision by analyzing markets and competition. * Support the preparation of board packs and ensure follow-up on action points from executive meetings. * Participate in and coordinate bank presentations, and contribute to the production of sustainability and transparency reports. * Support talent sourcing and recruitment activities. * Work closely with various teams (product, business planning, sales, marketing, people management) to accomplish diverse tasks. * Implement new processes and propose innovative ideas to enhance team efficiency.
