




As part of TÜV SÜD’s digital transformation journey, we enable the development of impactful data use cases by building a strong data foundation. This includes supporting data governance, rolling out a state-of-the-art data platform (Microsoft Fabric), and providing specialised support for data management. Our goal is to ensure that data is accessible and findable, enabling data-driven initiatives to thrive across TÜV SÜD. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Working Student to support our growing data community by helping to organise diverse events that bring together data enthusiasts across TÜV SÜD and actively contribute to strengthening the company’s data culture. The role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in organising tech-related events, supporting company-wide communication initiatives, and contributing to a global organisation’s journey towards becoming data-driven. Support the planning and execution of internal Data & AI events (workshops, festivals, talks, community meetups, hybrid sessions) Handle event logistics including venue booking, catering, printing, service provider research, and on-site coordination Prepare event communications such as invitations, agendas, follow-ups, and feedback surveys Maintain event documentation and shared materials (presentations, recordings, participant lists) Support internal promotion of events and community activities via collaboration platforms (e.g. Teams, SharePoint) Assist with tracking participation, gathering feedback, and preparing simple summaries or reports on event outcomes
