You also get to share our purpose - in energizing society by supporting customers by transitioning to a more sustainable world! • Supporting the Europe General Counsel and the Legal and Compliance team across Europe with corporate, finance and commercial law topics. • Lawyers are based across Europe, and you would be providing legal research on matters within these countries, such as research on (new) regulations, corporate governance standards and best practices across different jurisdictions, as well as analyzing key legal and contractual risks related to the Siemens Energy businesses operating across Europe • Working with the Holding and Finance Companies by drafting corporate documentation, i.e. board resolutions and powers of attorney, researching corporate matters and assisting in legal topics on M&A-transactions * Assisting in drafting and issuing standard legal documentation • Proof-reading and cross-checking documentation • Assisting on preparing training materials and providing training sessions for business colleagues on legal and contractual principles • Other ad hoc tasks as required
