Your team CLM Client Lifecycle Management is a business transformation program at Bank Julius Baer to provide state of the ART client data and processes for Onboarding, Reviews and Closing. We use state of the art architecture with streaming, microservices and DevOps pipelines for scalability and agility. We are embedding technologies like AI Agents to automate processes. YOUR CHALLENGE What to work on: Understand and improve our observability platforms Distill our Logs and Observability dashboards into a daily digest Use AI Agents to monitor logs and turn them into actionable items What to learn: Observability platforms and open etelemetry Claude Code/MCP AI Agents like OpenClaw
