





Job Description Role: EMEA Communications Intern Location: Dublin, Ireland Timing: September 2026 – March 2027 We're looking for an enthusiastic, strategic, results-driven and well-organised student of Communication Studies, Digital Communications, Digital Media Studies, Journalism or a related academic field, with the ability to craft compelling messages and stories. We're looking for an innovative communicator to help execute our communications strategy and campaigns that excite and engage our internal and external audiences. You will support the EMEA Corporate Communications team, reporting to the Director, Centres of Excellence. You will help drive integrated communications execution to raise awareness of ServiceNow, engage our employees, and develop compelling content across earned, owned and shared channels — covering our platform and products — to deliver against the company's strategic objectives. You will also have the opportunity to work with our global corporate communications team, regional business units and EMEA marketing teams, driving aligned communications campaigns. What you will do: * Communicate complex topics effectively and create a range of content, from press releases to blogs, social posts, executive briefing materials and creative briefs. * Develop plans, content and experiences that bring employees together in new and engaging ways. * Collaborate with global and EMEA communications teams on successful launches, announcements, public relations, blog and social content. * Monitor industry and market news and events to identify opportunities for rapid response and proactive media outreach. * Use social listening and measurement tools to analyse insights and recommend ways to drive continuous improvement.
