Als stagiair in Team Learning & Development draag jij samen met Team Learning & Development bij aan de ontwikkeling van onze professionals en de doorontwikkeling van onze L&D dienstverlening. Jij draagt hieraan bij door ons te ondersteunen bij diverse (plannings)werkzaamheden en projecten. Daarnaast help je bij het ontwikkelen en ontwerpen van leerinterventies en denk je als adviseur mee over nieuwe vormen van leren en ontwikkelen. Een proactieve houding wordt zeker gewaardeerd én beloond. Heb jij een goed idee, dan kijken we graag samen naar de opvolging daarvan.

Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift
