









As part of the Communication Department, the Events Assistant role is to assist in organising public & press events, trade and industry exhibitions, product launches, company events and enhance Bandai Namco Europe and its local offices’ visibility and favourable company image. The Events Assistant ensures continued Corporate and Brand Identity compliance through all events.Your principal missions will be as follows (non-exhaustive list):Produce detailed proposals for events (timelines, venues, suppliers, formats, staffing and budgets)Ensure liaison with Marketing, PR & Community Management teams to promote eventsParticipate in organizing all meetings or calls dedicated to each project, as well as produce minutes and recaps for themCreate and share PR & meeting schedules with the help of dedicated teamsFollow event needs in terms of goodiesSupport the PR team in terms of guest management and special requestsParticipate to the logistic support of the PR team on PR eventsEnsure event guidelines are agreed and applied through all territories and departmentsProvide technical support in creating cutting-edge gaming events
