Job Description

As a Growth Outbound Intern, you will play a vital role in providing technical and operational support to our outbound campaigns. Included in the Business Development team, and with strong connections with the Sales and Revenue Operations teams, you will sit at the heart of the Revenue generation engine. This position is a great opportunity for an entry-level experience in a fast-paced SaaS sales environment. You will contribute to the onboarding of Sales teams and ensure the smooth operation of outbound tools. You will be involved in optimizing campaigns and implementing processes that ensure their effectiveness and success. We’re looking for someone who isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty and dive into the technical side, using platforms like Clay, Lemlist, BetterContact, and Salesforce.

Requirements

  • 6-month internship starting in April 2026
  • strong interest in digital marketing and B2B sales, with a keen desire to learn and contribute to process improvement
  • detail-oriented, organized, and possess a good sense of structure
  • Be prepared for hands-on tasks that will require attention to detail and persistence to ensure long-term success
  • Solid Excel skills are a must, with the ability to work through large datasets, diving into detailed work to uncover insights
  • solid Google Sheet skills and the ability to work through large datasets for campaign execution and analysis
  • comfortable working with tools like Salesforce, Lemlist, Clay, and BetterContact, and enjoy exploring the technical side of these platforms
