Objectifs du stage : - Découvrir le fonctionnement d'un service RH - Développer des compétences administratives et organisationnelles - Apporter un soutien opérationnel au service RH Sous la supervision de la chargée de dev RH, le/la stagiaire participera notamment à : - Contribution au déploiement du plan de formation de l'usine - Réalisation du livret d'accueil de l'usine - Mise à jour des bilans à 6 ans dans le cadre des entretiens professionnels - Mise à jour du Règlement Intérieur de l'usine - Saisie et mise à jour de données administratives RH - Classement et archivage de documents dans les dossiers du personnel
