People Operations & Global Mobility Europe Intern As a People Operations & Global Mobility Intern, you will gain valuable experience in various Human Resources tasks, supporting management and staff in daily people activities to achieve organizational goals. Both functions are part of the Global Operational Excellence group within IDEXX's Human Resources department. In this role You will be a part of the HR People Operations & Global Mobility teams and assist them throughout their day-to-day tasks and projects. You may oversee a variety of projects from start to finish. These could include payroll preparation, data audits and updates, managing benefit modifications, process enhancements, global mobility initiatives, template standardization, ensuring time and absence compliance, preparing employee documents, as well as managing employee communications and relationships.
