In the Research & Development area at BMW AG, our product data management team focuses on implementing innovative artificial intelligence solutions. We develop intelligent, interconnected AI components and explore cutting-edge technologies to enhance our development processes. What awaits you? * You will support the implementation of multi agent systems and A2A communication, contributing to the design and development of intelligent, interconnected AI components. * Furthermore, you help derive technical solutions from professional use cases and assist in building proof of concepts. * In addition, you support the design, improvement, and implementation of generative AI solutions and models using techniques like natural language processing, prompt engineering, and fine tuning. * Moreover, you will assist in analyzing models and protocols that utilize generative capabilities, such as GPT-5x, Claude Sonnet, MCP and A2A.

Requirements

Studies in computer science, mathematics, or a comparable degree program, ideally with a focus on data analytics or artificial intelligence.
First practical experience in data analytics or artificial intelligence.
Knowledge of Python programming language and libraries such as OpenAI, NumPy, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or LangChain.
Knowledge of modern technologies such as A2A, MCP, or A2UI (or willingness to learn).
Strong team and communication skills.
Good English or German skills.
