Job Description

Step behind the scenes of culinary excellence at Grand Hyatt Barcelona, our prestigious 5-star Grand Luxury hotel where creativity, precision, and attention to detail shape the guest experience. What You’ll Do: * Assist in preparation, mise en place, and the creation of dishes across different kitchen areas. * Ensure compliance with quality, hygiene, and food safety standards (HACCP). * Support various services (breakfast, banquets, restaurants, room service, etc.). * Contribute to the creativity and presentation of dishes following the Chef’s guidance. * Maintain cleanliness, organization, and care of work areas. * Collaborate with other departments (Events, F&B Service) to ensure an excellent guest experience.

Requirements

  • Current student at a university (preferably in hospitality, culinary management, or related field)
  • Available to start the internship in December for a 6-month period
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and confident using Microsoft Office or similar tools
  • Interested in the intersection of culinary arts and administrative operations
  • Fluent in Spanish
  • Able to sign a university collaboration agreement
  • Legally authorized to work in Spain or enrolled in an EU-approved internship program
