What You’ll Do: * Assist in preparation, mise en place, and the creation of dishes across different kitchen areas. * Ensure compliance with quality, hygiene, and food safety standards (HACCP). * Support various services (breakfast, banquets, restaurants, room service, etc.). * Contribute to the creativity and presentation of dishes following the Chef’s guidance. * Maintain cleanliness, organization, and care of work areas. * Collaborate with other departments (Events, F&B Service) to ensure an excellent guest experience.
