Job Description

Join us as HR Student Assistant to support the Nordic HR function across a wide range of HR tasks. The position is designed for a second‑year HR student (or similar) who wants to complement their academic studies with practical experience in HR operations. The focus of the role is to provide administrative and operational support within HR, contribute to maintaining structured HR processes, and assist with documentation and compliance activities. The student will work closely with the HR Business Partner and gain exposure to multiple areas within HR.

Requirements

Enrolled in a Bachelor-level HR program (minimum year 2)
Genuine interest in HR operations and people processes
Strong written and verbal communication skills in Swedish and English
Good proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
