





You will work as an HR Project Officer alongside the HR Director of Kinéis. As part of a Master’s level (M2) apprenticeship, you will have a transversal role and a great opportunity to learn a lot! Recruitment & Employer Branding Support Participate in drafting and publishing job offers Contribute to candidate sourcing (LinkedIn, CV databases, referrals) Assist with candidate pre-screening (CV screening, phone pre-interviews) Help organize interviews and manage the ATS Take part in interviews HR Administration Support Assist in building and updating employee files Contribute to preparing administrative documents (contract templates, pre-employment declarations, probation period tracking) Monitor and update dashboards (headcount, hires/leavers, absence tracking, BDESE) Support the administrative onboarding of new hires Support on HR Projects & Internal Development Participate in creating or improving HR tools and processes (welcome booklet, HR checklists, job descriptions) Contribute to preparing performance review or internal feedback campaigns Participate in the implementation of pay transparency initiatives Conduct occasional research (HR benchmarks, best practices, legal requirements) Support for Works Council (CSE) Activities (under supervision) Assist in organizing CSE meetings (room booking, sending invitations, formatting documents) Contribute to drafting or formatting meeting minutes Help update information shared with employees (mandatory postings, CSE news) Liaise with employee representatives to facilitate document and information sharing Company Culture & Quality of Work Life (QWL) Propose internal initiatives (team building, communication, well-being) Participate in organizing internal events and social moments Contribute to employee experience surveys
