Job Description

The Commercial Finance Intern in BAT will be given the opportunity to work for 4 markets (Greece, Malta, Cyprus and Israel) on real tasks from the onset, directly contributing to the finance aspect of the business and taking on increased levels of responsibility as they progress. Internship provides a solid foundation in a particular functional area, and widens participants' perspectives through leadership and business competency development. The programme is structured around a highly effective integrated learning approach, with focus on on-the-job development interventions, interaction with others and formal training programmes.

Requirements

University Degree in Finance, Business Administration or Economics
Master’s Degree in Finance or Business Administration or relevant field will be appreciated
English and Greek (written and spoken), mother tongue or equivalent
Good computer skills with advanced knowledge in Excel & PowerPoint. SAP and Power BI knowledge would be considered a plus
Strong analytical skills, ability to link data to performance drivers
Good interpersonal communication skills and ability to interact across functions
Strong attention to detail
Able to work under pressure
Ability for continuous learning
