Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Paid Media Intern with sharp analytical skills and a creative mindset. In this role, you'll support the setup and launch of advertising campaigns primarily on Meta Ads for all Aethos hotels, clubs & restaurants while collaborating with our brand marketing team and regional marketing coordinators to source the right assets and creatives. You will also be responsible for creating monthly meta ads performance reports and gain exposure to Google Ads & Google Analytics as part of your learning journey.

Requirements

You are fluent in English.
Passion for the digital marketing industry and its best practices.
Experience with photo editing tools like Canva or Photoshop.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to take initiative by planning and launching meta ad campaigns around events, promotions, and key moments.
Detail-oriented with strong time management and prioritization skills - able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
