Support the further development of RWE’s global growth strategy in Offshore Wind Analyze international markets by monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and political and regulatory developments Prepare high-quality analyses and executive-level presentations, including clear strategic recommendations for senior leadership and the Board Contribute to ad-hoc strategic projects and special topics

Requirements

Enrolled in a Master’s program in Engineering, Economics, Social Sciences, or a related field
Keen interest in energy markets and offshore wind (prior knowledge is beneficial but not required)
High level of interest in renewable energy and readiness to work toward a sustainable future
Demonstrated capacity for strategic thought and problem solving, able to organize and integrate complex information effectively
Fluent communication skills in German and English
Team-oriented, willing to take initiative, and comfortable working in an evolving, international environment
Skilled MS Office user, especially experienced with PowerPoint and Excel
