Job Description

As part of the Pre-arrival team, the Pre-arrival Concierge team plays a key role in managing and supporting Le Collectionist's guests prior to their arrival. They will draw the best itineraries in order to ensure an unforgettable onsite experience. In addition, with the support of the local team, he/she is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and contracting the best suppliers that match Le Collectionist standards.

Requirements

Student in a business school, hospitality, tourism, or a program focused on project management or luxury 🎓.
Previous experience in tourism, hospitality, or high-end services is a plus 🏖️.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail 📋.
Ability to work as part of a team in a dynamic and demanding environment 🤝
Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine interest in client interaction 💬.
Proficiency in English and Spanish (spoken and written). A third language is a plus 🌎.
Good command of computer tools (Office Suite, especially Excel) 💻.
