As part of the Pre-arrival team, the Pre-arrival Concierge team plays a key role in managing and supporting Le Collectionist's guests prior to their arrival. They will draw the best itineraries in order to ensure an unforgettable onsite experience. In addition, with the support of the local team, he/she is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and contracting the best suppliers that match Le Collectionist standards.
