



Are you a bachelor or master student in Psychology, Educational Sciences, or Human Resources looking for an apprentice internship? Do you like learning and development topics? Then this internship might be interesting to you! This assignment takes place in the Enabling Functions Academy. This team is responsible for development and delivery of learning and knowledge management solutions for employees and management in enabling functions; such as HR, IT, Finance, ASML Business Services and other departments. The Enabling Functions Academy is part of the broader learning community in ASML. The Academy works closely together with subject matter experts in the functions and collaborates with other ASML Academies. The team consists of learning and knowledge management business partners and learning designers. Learning solutions are sometimes bought externally and sometimes built internally. Your assignment The assignment will focus on either one of the scopes available in the team. The assignment will focus on either one of the scopes available in the team. Note; this is a non-thesis assignment. You will be assigned to either one of the below scopes, which will be determined by your experience and the final interview: * Create an overview of the current learning offering for a specific target group, including a gap analysis on learning needs and current offerings and advice on how to mitigate the gap. * Create an overview of all Learning & Development and Knowledge Management (individual) professional memberships in the Learning & Knowledge Management community and provide advice on how to maximize impact of these memberships for our community. * Create a proposal on best means and approach to communicate and promote the learning offering for different target groups. * Analyze learning consumption and quality data and come up with conclusions and recommendations * Build smaller e-learning solutions, create and build learning journeys content on the Learning Experience Platform. This is a bachelor's/master's internship for minimum 6 months, number of days per week to be discussed. Starting date: 1 August 2026.
