Job Description

If you are still a student, you can find the opportunity to develop yourself in a professional environment in our Electronics Manufacturing Plant! The Lean Management student supports the department activities within the Shop Floor and Admin area, using digital tools (MS Office, MS Power BI, etc.) and Continuous Improvement Methodologies (5S, Problem Solving, Lean Manufacturing) in the daily activities.

Requirements

Enrolled in a Technical University
Willingness to support various workshops, trainings, and projects
Responsible for data collection and management of monthly reports
Support the development of a continuous improvement mindset among employees and contribute to implementing Lean principles and methods across plant processes
Strong English skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
Ability to identify potential improvements in both operations and administration to enhance plant efficiency and reduce waste
Strong communication skills and a proactive, initiative-driven attitud
Be available for part-time/ full-time working schedule (6 or 8 hours/ day)
