







Working in a busy customer service department and learning how to be a great customer service advisor for the first six months. - Experience running and managing a small team while learning how managing a Farmfoods department works, with on-the-job training. - Regular pre-arranged visits (every 6 to 8 weeks) from an assessor from our apprenticeship provider. In between visits, regular reviews will be conducted via webinar, telephone and video call. - Regular completion of apprenticeship coursework. - Completion of functional skills in English and Maths (only if required). - Completion of an assessment period (3-months), including a final end-point assessment at the end of the 12-month training programme.
