About the program The Working in Science Internship Program is designed for last year's students and recent graduates who want to apply what they’ve learned in a real, global biotechnology environment. You’ll contribute to meaningful projects, gain mentorship, and develop skills that set you up for future success. We partner with Finance to develop and deliver the data strategy, ensuring the right data foundations, platforms, and capabilities to enable trusted insights and value creation. We establish and operate robust data governance—defining ownership, policies, standards, and controls—while driving proactive data quality assurance to safeguard accuracy, completeness, and timeliness across critical Finance data domains. We run scalable data operations, including metadata, lineage, and master/reference data management, to deliver reliable, compliant, and efficient data services that support reporting, planning, analytics, and regulatory needs.
