







Within the Global Client Data department, the Global Client Data Analyst Intern supports the development and optimization of CRM data assets, client database management, and analytics infrastructure. The role contributes to data structuring, data modelling initiatives, reporting automation, and BI initiatives across Balenciaga, enabling actionable insights to strengthen the client-centric strategy and enhance engagement and client retention. Reporting & Analysis * Support the production of both recurring and ad-hoc reports, including monthly client reports and product-specific analyses (e.g., purchase behavior). * Conduct in-depth data analysis and generate actionable insights for internal stakeholders and clients. * Contribute to machine learning initiatives related to client scoring and advanced data science analytics. Data Management, Integration & Automation * Assist in enhancing data quality and optimizing data extraction processes by leveraging SQL and programming skills (Python). * Collaborate with team member to develop and improve BI tools, contributing to greater automation and efficiency in reporting workflows. * Design and implement robust data integration workflows to onboard new data sources while ensuring consistency, reliability, and alignment across the global data architecture. * Build, deploy, and maintain scalable client scoring models, ensuring robustness, performance, and seamless integration within the data ecosystem. Cross-Functional Coordination * Serve as the key point of contact between HQ and various regional teams, ensuring alignment and support related to the client database. Project Management * Support the coordination and delivery of global client data and technical initiatives. * Act as a liaison between technical and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on project scope, priorities, timelines, and data requirements. * Contribute to project planning, progress tracking, and documentation, ensuring smooth implementation and adoption across regions.
