Are you curious about how a social media team shapes and grows strong brand awareness around the world? Do you want to be part of a team that drives our organic social media strategy across all countries that have a Hilti social media presence - from country specific Hilti social media accounts through to our employee advocacy platform? You’ll join an international team responsible for bringing social media to life across the world. From day one, you’ll play a hands-on role in coordinating digital operations for organic social media and the employee advocacy platform. Working with global, regional and local social media/digital teams, program managers, and product owners to make sure all platforms are operating smoothly, and the best branded content and EGC is published. You’ll be one of the first to see new creative content before it’s published, how internal teams collaborate, and how we keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. You’ll also have the chance to: Learn how social media content is prepared and launched globally Review, approve and publish social media content through our tech platform Work with colleagues from around the world Get exposure to content management, agile and marketing tools like JIRA, Figma, confluence, our social tech platform
