Job Description

As a Sustainability Strategy Intern, you will work closely with our ESG and investment team and contribute to: * Developing the Sustainability Strategy 2026, aligned with our investment philosophy and global ESG trends * Creating sustainability policies for internal use and for our portfolio companies * Designing improvement projects to strengthen environmental and social performance across the organization * Identifying gaps between current practices and our sustainability ambitions * Embedding sustainability into daily operations and company culture

Requirements

Currently pursuing or recently graduated in sustainability, business administration, public policy, or a related field
Strong analytical skills and excellent writing ability
Passionate about ESG, climate action, and sustainable finance
Independent and able to manage multiple priorities
Experience with, or interest in, private equity or corporate strategy is a plus
