What You’ll Do * Support HR Operations – Assist in the daily administration of HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll preparation, and compliance, ensuring smooth operations. * Optimize HR Processes – Contribute to refining and implementing scalable, efficient workflows to support a growing international team. * Be the Bridge – Act as a key liaison between HR, Finance, and Operations, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration. * Manage Employee Lifecycle Processes – Help with contract preparation, offer letters, and maintaining accurate employee records to ensure compliance and efficiency. * Handle HR Documentation & Compliance – Keep HR policies, procedures, and records up to date while ensuring adherence to labor laws and company guidelines. * HR Systems User – Support employee onboarding by entering and maintaining data into HiBob.
