The licensing partners we manage operate on a global scale, and we’re looking for someone to help us coordinate them - all while learning a whole lot along the way. You’ll be handling clients, supporting business development, searching for opportunities, and helping with licensing operations even further. And through all of this you’ll gain hands-on experience in licensing business models, consumer product licensing, media content sales, IP (intellectual property) protection, sustainable practices, media content positioning, and much more. In this role you will * Coordinate clients. * Research key customer wants and needs, and propose how to meet them. * Gather and create reports and monthly overviews, and handle reporting systems. * Operate licensing management tools (product approvals, accounts, and assets library). * Cooperate with different teams, including the design team for style guide implementation, the legal team for IP protection and legal documentation, as well as other teams, such as content, localisation, and communications team for various licensing-related operations. * Handle documentation, data entry, and support account management. * Collect client feedback and share it internally with the relevant departments, as well as suggest improvements. * Help prepare pitches and other promotional/sales materials. * Support and follow partners’ promotional activities, and assist in coordination between partners and our marketing department. * Participate at events and engage in PR activities throughout the year. * Keep abreast of industry best practices and market trends. * Provide operational support to the business development team. What we’re looking for * Strong team player, with great communication skills. * Excellent organizational and time management skills, with first-rate attention to detail. * Ability to prioritize and meet critical deadlines. * Logical and solution-oriented approach to tasks. * Positive, open-minded attitude. * Fluency in the English language (both written and spoken), with additional languages a major asset, but not essential. * Capacity to learn about brand guidelines and style manuals, as well as legal agreements and IP protection “modus operandi.” * Passion for business development, branding, design, video media content, and the entertainment industry as a whole. * General understanding of the production processes behind physical goods and video media content. Your experience * Knowledge of and experience in the licensing and/or entertainment industry is preferred but not required. * Valid student status.
