GM-HR Hub Continental Europe is responsible for delivering and advising on HR processes and products in more than 9 branches and DTCs based in Europe. We are also acting as a global functional leader within the GM-HR function in the European subsidiaries. This means taking care of approximately 3.000 employees based in 11 countries. The HUB is based in Prague; however, the team is present in most of the locations. We are looking for a new colleague to join our team as an HR Trainee. Your tasks * Learning about different HR functions – mainly with focus on Compensation and Benefits and Global Operations Teams for Continental Europe. * Executing daily operations business in dedicated HR areas * Being part of unique HR projects such as implementing new benefits within Continental Europe, Equal Pay directive, Benchmarking, updates of our HR systems and participation in other Continental Europe HR projects. * Supporting the coordination function of the team in Prague and cooperating with the local HR colleagues in other continental European locations.
