





As part of the Service Management team, your main missions will be to: * Support feature (implementation of new functionalities) and release planning activities * Support service improvement initiatives * Contribute to the preparation of release notes for newly delivered functionalities * Support the creation of monthly communications to the IT community about new features and improvements * Prepare and maintain updated process guides and technical documentation for any process revisions * Review existing IT processes, understanding workflows and best practices, and propose improvement opportunities * Create reports on activities, processes, and KPIs in collaboration with stakeholders
