Tasks Your main tasks will include: * Active participation in the preparation and implementation of international tenders including the selection process * Collaboration on strategically relevant projects incl. contract negotiations * Preparation and coordination with stakeholders/interfaces for information or approval presentations for various committees * Development of concepts for quality assurance * Support and participation in on-site meetings * Creation of presentation slides - supplier performance, spare part delivery times, etc. * Documentation standards, e.g. updating of tender documents * Further special tasks based on suitability and own initiative
